Breakfast smoothie with banana, oats & flaxseeds!

This creamy organic smoothie is an excellent idea to start your day providing essential nutrients to keep your energy levels up throughout the day. Enjoy it!

 

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana small
  • 1 tsp. flaxseed
  • 1 cup yogurt 0%
  • 1 cup almond or rice milk

 

* cup: 250ml      tsp: 1 teaspoon 5ml

 

Method:

  • Blend all the ingredients in a smoothie maker until smooth.
