Banana Bread
Ingredients for 13 slices :
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 80 ml olive oil
- ½ cup (180 g) honey
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cacao
*tbsp: tablespoon tsp: tablespoon
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180o C. Lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl mashed bananas with a fork.
- In the same bowl, combine all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180° C, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
