Ingredients for 1 serving:
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 banana small
- 1 tsp. flaxseed
- 1 cup yogurt 0%
- 1 cup almond or rice milk
* cup: 250ml tsp: 1 teaspoon 5ml
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients in a smoothie maker until smooth.
